GTC

  1. The writing coaching is a custom service, and therefore it is excluded from returns and exchanges. Furthermore, registration for writing coaching is mandatory for purchase.

  2. The payment is made via PayPal; I will create the individual writing coaching once the full payment has been received.

  3. The investment for the writing coaching is 1200€ (exempt from tax according to § 19 UStG), for the blurb coaching it is 222€. Prices may change over time, please check the current website where the offer is listed.

  4. The writing coaching is solely focused on the development of the book and the author's personal attitude - I take no responsibility for the publication and content of the works, nor for any decisions the author makes during and after the writing coaching. This is writing coaching, I do not provide any psychological or therapeutic services.

  5. The writing coaching includes both technical writing and intuitive content. I take no responsibility for the personal perception and interpretation of the coaching.

  6. Writing coaching is not a promise of success as an author. This is up to my clients themselves and their own creative process for which they are responsible.

  7. All data and ideas shared with me during the writing coaching sessions will be treated confidentially. No personal or literary ideas are shared with third parties.

  8. The writing coaching includes coaching in the form of a PDF file, which is sent to the client via email, and any follow-up questions via email, which are, however, on a voluntary basis.

  9. If I need to cancel the coaching in person, you will receive an email with the cancellation and, of course, no costs. Should you have already paid the amount, you will receive the total costs back in this case.

  10. For membership in the "Writing Aesthete" section of the website, the same rules generally apply.

  11. Membership can be canceled monthly or annually; within the annual subscription, a personal writing coaching session is included once.

  12. The contents of the "Writing Aesthete" members' area are the intellectual property of Lady Elisa Marie. Any publication, distribution, and reproduction is prohibited.

  13. German law applies.

  14. If a provision of the GTC is invalid under German law, the validity of all other provisions shall remain unaffected.
